The Breakfast Club in conversation with Fantasia Barrino
Fantasia Barrino has come across hills and valleys in life, and this is not just about her journey career-wise but also when it comes to love and living life just simply. She stepped in this industry in 2004 through the medium of American Idol and after so many years now, this mother of two has come up with something fresh and enticing.
The 35-year-old recently sat down with none other than The Breakfast Club to throw light on her journey and its highs and lows.
"Most women are trying to be the leader. That's why you can't find a man,"  "You can't be the king in the house. Fall back and be the queen and let your man lead the way." "That's why we bump heads. I feel like it's a generational thing. We can go real deep on that, but it's a generational curse and how society have placed our men and women have to stand up and be the mother and the father."she said.  "You have to find how to submit. You can still be a queen,""The queen plays a part. The king needs his queen. There's certain things that he can't see that we see." She added later.

Ladies do you believe in submitting for your man? - she wrote as a caption on Instagram while uploading the video of the same on Instagram.

Below mentioned are certain tweets people uploaded on Twitter after viewing Fantasia's Instagram post:
"Chile let me turn this Fantasia interview OFF. She’s on the breakfast club saying women need to let their men be the head while we be the necks. "
"Fantasia is talking sense, but handing other 100% for men to be the head is the struggle"
"Listening to Fantasia on the Breakfast Club setting women's equality back with that "men lead women" bullshit is troubling. How do we demand pay equality when we teach men are superior to women?"
"I don’t know who listens to the breakfast club but I honestly agree with everything Fantasia is saying. 🤷🏽‍♀️ my mom raised me with that old school."
