Results on Luke Walton sexual assault case out!
NBA along with The Sacramento Kings have finally come out with a conclusion on the Luke Walton sexual assault case. An in depth investigation had been performed on the same but unfortunately due to insufficient evidences the allegations did not find any support. The allegations were made from the end of Kelli Tennant against Luke Walton who is the head coach.
According to the recent press release given out by Kings, Tennant did not take any part in the investigation. And because there was no cooperation or willingness from her side, the investigators came down to this conclusion that the case cannot accuse the alleged assaulter on the basis of limited or to say appropriately, insufficient evidences.
During the investigation, more than twenty individuals were interviewed, including Coach Walton, and numerous documents and other relevant materials were reviewed. The investigators made repeated attempts to interview Ms. Tennant, but, through her counsel, she declined the opportunity to participate. The investigation is considered closed unless new evidence becomes available."
"I thought he was going to rape me." Tennant had told the media back in 2014 also stating that he allegedly made efforts to force himself on her in a hotel room.
