TFM: How did you get started in modeling?

Victoria: My mother always told me I would make a good model, she modeled when she was my age. Strangers would also approach me when I was a lot younger and tell me I should me be a model..but I was always very shy and self conscious of my body. I always dreamed of being a model but I never saw what my mom and others thought I had when it came to modeling. As I got older I became more accepting of my body and knew that if modeling was something that I wanted to do then I needed to learn how to accept myself and not let my insecurities stop me from doing what i had always dreamed of. I started looking for small gigs to help get me started and now I am with World Entertainment Agency who to me is the best management company and I couldn't be happier.

TFM: You have an amazing look. What is your ethnicity?

Victoria: Thank you! My father is from Ghana and my mother is Portuguese.

TFM: How old are you and where are you from, originally?

Victoria: I am 24 and I'm from Cape Cod, Massachusetts.

TFM: How do you feel about being one of our newest faces?

Victoria: I feel Fabulous. Its exciting! I am very honored! I thank you for taking an interest in me and welcoming me to The Flow Magazine!

TFM: Tell us about what you have planned for the remainder of the year?

Victoria: I would like to gain exposure....so my plan is to get my name known! I am working on projects in my own community. I am more than just a model, a lot of times people stereotype models, but I have a lot more to offer, I am caring and I LOVE to give...so am working on putting together charity events where the proceeds will go to a children's organization, or a charity for the homeless, Lupus Awareness, etc. I also just signed a mobile deal and I am currently working on my own high end cosmetic line.

TFM: What are your measurements, weight and height?

Victoria: I am 5'1, I weigh 108 lbs and my measurements are 34B-24-39.

TFM: What is your most favorite part of your body and why?

Victoria: I would have to say my stomach...because its the only part of my body that keeps it real with me. [Laughing] It stays toned even when I get a little lazy and skip a few workouts. [Laughs]

TFM: Tell us one of your patented beauty secrets.

Victoria: Honestly, I don't have any that I can really think of..people think I am high maintenance I like to dress up a lot, but I am not, I don't spend hours getting ready..i don't believe in plastering my face with make up..I've NEVER worn concealer, foundation, or cover up day in my life...but I can't go anywhere without lip gloss and cocoa butter. Ohhhh.. one beauty secret I just started doing actually is called dry brushing. My mother is a massage therapist so she learns all these different regiments you do is take a dry paint brush and use it to brush your whole body before showering. Its a way of exfoliating, it removes dry skin and even helps with cellulite after I lather myself with an invigorating tea tree oil body wash...its so refreshing and makes my skin soft!

TFM: What pet peeves do you have regarding men?

Victoria: [Laughs] I could go on for hours with this one, but just to name a few, I hate when guys stop talking to you but give no explanation as to why, guys who can't hold a conversation, when you're "chillin" with a dude and he talks about his ex and I can't stand when guys try to act hard in front of their friends or try to hard to impress me and those "wannabe gangsta boys"..that isn't cute. I am very accepting to everyone so just be yourself.

TFM: How can a person get next to you? Are you available?

Victoria: I'm easy to get next to cause I love my fans and all their support.. but if you are asking about men getting close to me then its all in the approach..don't approach me trying to run game looking me up and down licking your lips and saying " Hey Mami or damn shorty, you look good," that is a big NO NO in my book. I can't stand when guys do that. Its not attractive, and I find it degrading and disrespectful. No, I am not available, I am happily taken.

TFM: What’s the worst pick-up line ever tried on you?

Victoria:Honestly, I can't even remember, but I've heard some pretty corny ones.

TFM: What advice would you give to all of those models out there wanting to follow in your footsteps?

Victoria: Don't let anyone discourage you from accomplishing your dreams. If you know in your heart that its something you want to do then go for it..its not going to happen overnight but hard work will pay off. Also in this industry you need to be strong, know how to handle rejection & criticism the right attitude and tough skin because not everyone is going to find you attractive or model material that doesn't mean that the next person won't. That just comes with this business and if you can't handle that then you shouldn't be in it.
